I'm not a fan of sandals at all. But I took my wife to shop for chacos and tried them on. Unfortunately, none of the stores near me had them, so I had to order. I love the extra cushion they provide and doesn't hurt my back when walking. I hope to have many good years of use from them.

These sandals have some merits but ultimately aren't worth buying. The problem lies in the design of the strap. All straps are actually a single strap that winds in an intricate web beneath the sole. The problem is that when you tighten one strap, the other loosens and vice versa. And just like the laces on a pair of shoes, the straps tend to get out of position, causing you to struggle to readjust the straps every time you put your sandals on. Chaco's longevity is undeniable, but after so many years I really expected better engineering to come. Let me be clear if this product works for you it is probably a 4 star product ready to use and 5 stars after about 6 months. The straps will be comfortable and the slightly annoying insole will eventually break and feel great. It also lasts forever and when it finally wears out you can replace the sole or straps for a fraction of the cost of a new pair. The problem is that for a product that's

Excellent sandals, very comfortable. I'm 19 years old and wear a size 9.5 (some shoes require a size 10) but after reading other information about the Chaco I thought I should order a size 9 and it was just right for me. So if you are worried about which size to order because you are half size, I can say that I personally ordered a size smaller. Again, as I said, you can feel the quality and comfort in the shoe and I have never worn a pair of sandals that felt so secure on my feet.

My first chacos and I love them. I go fishing, sailing, hiking etc. a lot and mostly wear sandals. Before that I wore Tevas for 15 years and Alps for 10 years. These chacos fit better than any sandal I've ever worn. I have done several medium length hikes in them and would highly recommend them.

Fits well and snugly, very comfortable. We hiked along the river all day, holding on to wet rocks well and drying up quickly. My only complaint is that the sheepskin coat gets pulled up first and you have to adjust it a few times throughout the day.

I am very disappointed in this product. I bought the sandal on the recommendation of a friend because I think 100€ is too expensive for a sandal. Then, after two months, the bottom of the sole detaches from the sandal. Not used in extreme conditions, casual wear only. Not suitable for what a quality product should be.
