Lightweight and effective anti-glare. Gives the white bits on the screen a slight yellow tint, but it's not distracting. These are not nursing grants, but they definitely help with eye strain. Good deal for the money. I don't normally wear glasses, but they help with clarity and glare, which is the most important thing for me. Suitable for reading books and for Kindle / Tablet. Overall very happy with these glasses. One point, this is the second set I've bought from the same list, but the first shipped from the US and the last from China.
