I had high expectations for the Cromorc online store as a seasoned computer geek, but my experience was disappointing. Although the delivery was on time, the products were broken and the wrapping was poor. Upon testing, I discovered the camera to be, at best, average, with features that didn't live up to the description and poor image quality. But their customer service was the true problem. They were unreachable and unhelpful despite several attempts to get in touch with them, and it appeared like they were purposefully stalling on finding a solution. To make matters worse, their confusing and discriminatory return policy makes it challenging to receive a refund or exchange. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest Cromorc to anyone searching for high-quality electronics or camera and photo gear. Any tech enthusiast choosing them runs the danger of being disappointed due to their lax quality control, subpar customer support, and complicated return policy. Shop elsewhere to avoid the frustration.
