My bad encounter with the Cromorc online store

Recently, I purchased a camera from Cromorc, and it was a disaster. When I contacted their customer support because the camera wasn't working, they were impolite and unhelpful. They wouldn't give me a refund or an exchange even though the product was obviously defective. Even worse, the packing was harmed and the delivery took an eternity. Avoid this internet store at all means to save yourself the hassle.
