Evaluating the Accuracy of my Oven Thermometer

I wanted to try and evaluate the accuracy of my oven temperature monitor and rate how well the oven is holding the selected temperature. I bought this Admetior thermometer and another cheaper model to compare each to an oven thermometer. I put two store bought thermometers in the oven and set them to 350 degrees. I allowed the temperature to reach 350 degrees (based on the oven thermometer) and left it at that temperature for 15 minutes. Then I compared these three readings. The Admetior thermometer was within 2 degrees of the oven thermometer and the other, cheaper model was within 5 degrees. Then I lowered the oven temperature to 325 degrees (measured with the oven thermometer) and let it sit for fifteen minutes. Variations were about the same. Since I have no concrete evidence that my oven is not working or not working properly, and the oven is fairly new and from a reputable brand with above average quality, I found it reasonable to use its thermometer reading as the base temperature. Comparing the other two temperature monitor readings to the oven I would say the Admetior was the more accurate of the two.
