Called Revain tech support and their solution was to let it run until the battery died and then send it in for a replacement. I received my replacement the next business day so that's good. The new one works, but I'm still disappointed by the short battery life. Also, it looks like you can't charge it while using it. When I plugged it in while playing music, it still pauses the music every few minutes to announce a low battery. All in all I am disappointed with this product.
