Review on Fuwenni by David Tison

The customer care I received from Fuwenni was disappointing. Their website is simple to use, and they have a wide variety of men's apparel, shoes, and jewelry, but I have not had good experiences with their customer service. I needed to get in touch with customer support because of an issue with a recent purchase, and it took me a while to get through. When I finally did, I found that they knew little about the problem and offered me no help. It took longer than I anticipated for my order to arrive because of the slow shipping procedure. Overall, I was dissatisfied with Fuwenni because of their slow shipping times and unimpressive customer support. If they can improve their customer service, I might contemplate making another purchase from them.
