We used it as our main method of communication, from booking appointments with clients through delivery we found everything they had could be improved upon - but this has been said about all platforms! The interface was clunky at first but now that I have got more comfortable using their mobile app (which you can find in AppStore) its much better than before!! Its good because even though there are other services out there which do exactly what yours does or offer similar features your not going away anytime soon so why bother changing when things work well enough? If someone asks me any question during one my training classes i use live streaming video via gurualze where everyone gets access remotely without having an internet connection. It allows us also see each others facial expressions while speaking thus making sure no-one talks over anyone else's line etc.- very helpful especially if some people talk slowly compared othrws speed. My client base loves how easy these webinars make getting new leads. They love being able too participate directly form home rather then paying large amounts fo money just go get them into thier office and ask questions face 2face instead off sending emails asking same thing multiple times. Also helps cut down time spent waiting around by doing it yourself or I like how easy it is to use, and the fact that I can create my own content without having to learn anything new. It's not as user friendly as other platforms out there. I've had to teach myself some of the functions because they're not intuitive at all. Some of the features are difficult to figure out. I have been able to create several different types of content, including live seminars, audio recordings, and video tutorials.
