I bought this Thermaltake cooler because my last one which started to fail after a few years was great. However, this product is not very good and very poorly designed. First, one of the blue LEDs is not working and does not light up when the light is turned on. This is very poor quality control at the end of Thermaltake. You can see in my attached photo that the bottom right LED on the right fan is broken. Second, this device is powered by a USB-A to USB-A cable or USB male cable. This is NOT according to USB specifications and can easily cause a fire if you accidentally connect it to a device without short circuit protection. One end of a USB cable should always be Mini-USB, USB-B, Micro-USB, any of these are acceptable, but you never make a USB-A to USB-A cable because it's dangerous. You can also see the cable in my attached photos. Third, the anti-slip function of the laptop is also bad. It's about twice the size of the average laptop, and when I'm actually using it with my Macbook Air, it hits me right on the wrist when I'm typing and using the trackpad. You can see it in the other two photos I've attached. Terrible design and poor quality control. I would give this product 0 stars if I could. I will return the item immediately.
