Great product! Helps make sure everyone is trained prior leaving
It's easy to use with great features for tracking tours. The reporting feature at times can be confusing but it really isn't that hard once you figure out how to navigate through some of the reports. I also like that i can set up my own custom dates/times and view them as needed. Sometimes we have our clients come into town without notice so having this option available has been very helpful. We are able to track tour length, cost, etc and ensure all employees complete their required training before they leave.
Pros
- Abilityto generate an accurate expense report
- Multiple users allowed per account (superstar if working in team)
- Time off module is well designedand intuitive.
- Customizable event views & date filters help organize data more effectively!
- Great support from developers when issues surface :)
Cons
- Report builder takes forever.
- Somewhat limited UI controls
