I like that it's easy to use as well as customize what you would need or want from your tour tracking system. That there are templates available so that everything will fit within one template rather than having multiple pages which can be confusing when trying to match up with another person who has created their own page layout. I like how easy it was to use as well that you can do everything from one place which makes life easier if your looking at multiple different companies or locations within an organization. The ease to navigate through all features that are available. Also I like how quickly it loads when you click something or open an app. As with any program there may be some glitches but they get fixed very fast. It's worth while trying out if you have employees who travel frequently and need to track time off/work hours accurately. It's easy to use with great features for tracking tours. The reporting feature at times can be confusing but it really isn't that hard once you figure out how to navigate through some of the reports. I also like that i can set up my own custom dates/times and view them as needed. Sometimes we have our clients come into town without notice so having this option available has been very helpful. Simple to use, intuitive, and easy to share with others and within my team. I love that I can track my team members in multiple ways. I also like that I can change the time zone for my team. I wish I could have more control over the font. I also wish there was a way to have an option to not have a leaderboard. That feature would really help with team morale.
