The manual was very clear and everything was installed and programmed in less than five minutes! Note for viewers of this product: Please think about the intended use first. This is a cup warmer accessory for a European made espresso machine, not an industrial size filter coffee machine. What are the consequences? Although it can hold smaller coffee cups, it is designed for cappuccino or mocha cups. The interior is cramped and not meant for your big 20oz mugs! Again, it's designed to maintain the ideal cup temperature for latte-based drinks (drinks that use frothed and frothed milk). The temperature is only slightly warmer than the Jura milk froth temperature. As an added bonus, your americano (espresso diluted with water) won't get cold like a cold cup. Hope this helps people!
