I loved how convenient it is: you just style your hair and it sucks and curls it. It took me a little time to figure out how to use it properly. You take a small section of hair, place your hair in curlers close to your scalp, and then press a button on the side to choose the way you want to curl it. It can twist one way or another. Very warm, the cord is long. The only problem I had was that I would put my hair in and sometimes it would frizz very quickly and then I would put in another part and it would frizz the top hair but not the bottom, I don't know if it wasn't long enough to take my hair all the way or if it didn't catch my hair properly, but this annoyed me because I had to curl quite a few strands and it took longer than just doing it by hand
