Too small for a dryer. I can't tell where the ends of the rods are as I had to increase their size. It's still too small. The dryer slides over it too easily. "Metal" also looks soft. I can clearly see the cutouts made by the locking mechanism. And on one of the levels the level is not showing no matter what I do. And the other level isn't even safe in its niche. Dropped out all the time. Not sure if this item will stay in place when drying. We'll see soon. NOT recommended but we cannot use pins as the pins bent the metal in the dryer as it slid across the floor. Hence this device. Spend the extra cash on longer-lasting appliances if you put a fridge, washer, or dryer on top.
