Review on 🌿 100 Count If You Care FSC Unbleached No 2 Coffee Filters: Eco-Friendly and Effective by Elizabeth Glover

These are very good filters but they are overpriced. I assumed three boxes of 100 were offered, not one box. After all, the product description below the picture said: About the product: 3 PACKS: There are 3 coffee filters per order. I assumed that "only 3 coffee filters" was a copy error and three packs of 100 were offered. However, I received a package of 100 pieces. It seems obvious that the item was misdescribed but when I contacted Revain customer service they informed me that the box of only 100 was correct and that I needed to contact the seller to let them know of the discrepancy. I've contacted the seller and am waiting for a response from him, but I'm not holding my breath. "Let the buyer beware!" UPDATE: I spoke to the seller (Amazing Prime Values) who admitted the copy was misleading and apologized. Her reply was very nice and polite. They suggested that I contact Revain to resolve the issue as it was "Fulfilled by Amazon" (handled by Revain). The Revain rep I spoke to immediately understood the issue and praised the misleading copy. They gave me a full refund and let me keep the filters. All in all I am very happy with the outcome and most importantly pleased with the professionalism and integrity of Amazing Prime Values and Revain. I am updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars to reflect this.
