I use it to protect my long, brittle hair at night. I always end up sleeping on my hair, which gets tangled in my ear holes, around my arms, in my mouth, snaps ends, pulls out strands, and worst of all, my spouse accidentally pulls or pulls on it when doing casts and morphs.
