Received this a month ago. It is very easy to use and comes with a helpful guide with good recipes. First I made recipes from the book: anise, orange, lemon, almonds and cocoa. Then I expanded and made Earl Gray, Lavender, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Lemon Almond, Ginger, Chocolate Chips and more. Every variety was a hit. The machine is easy to set up and clean. Pizzas are baked in 45-60 seconds. One problem is that the shape is flat so it's very difficult to get a good border on the cookie. I purposely overfill the mold a bit so that four cookies come out on a sheet. Then while they are still very warm and soft I cut them out. I used scissors at first and then found that a 3 inch cookie cutter works perfectly! A recipe makes about four dozen cookies, and I can do it in an hour, from breaking an ice cream to cutting the last cookie. was shipped, made a popping noise and the metal case broke. Revain gave me a replacement two days later and it worked great, probably 20 batches in three weeks.
