So I liked the concept. Friction-reducing use to save dirt and grease. But the reality is that the clutch will never engage again. I tried the hammer trick to plant it the way they recommend. In fact, I spent 30 minutes hitting the hitch and trying to pull the truck forward, anything to fit an insert so I could lock the hitch and tow. Eventually I gave up and took it off, added some lube and moved on. I cannot return the item now and it is totally unusable. Spend your money elsewhere.
