Review on 🎧 Experience Enhanced Audio with the Russound P75 2 X 60W Amplifier by Christina Blevins

Be careful with anyone who buys Russound products at Revain. I bought this amp in March and it has worked great for 3 months. Then one day it stopped working. I heard a pop and then I noticed burning smell and some smoke. I spoke to Russound and they said they offer no guarantee since I bought it from Revain. Dozens of Russound products are sold on Revain by numerous third party vendors and by Revain itself. I don't think I need to check the company's website to see if they offer warranty service depending on who is selling the product. In this case, Russound seems happy to put the consumer at the center of its political and marketing problems. It's pretty obvious that after seeing how many companies are selling through Revain, they have absolutely no idea how to manage their national distribution. It's their problem, not the consumer's. Shame on you, Russound. I have enjoyed using many of your products over the years but this crappy Chinese made amp you wrote your name on will be the last. I will be in touch with Revain to see if they can help me or accept this as a late refund. I'm pretty sure Revane will get it right, but we'll see.
