I bought D10 and two D8. NONE works. Customer service is terrible now and the problem has escalated and no one will contact me. I've been a Neato customer for almost a decade, the D3 and D4 bots were absolute tanks and cleaned up well for a family of five. I am very knowledgeable about vacuum boots and also have the Roborock line. I've spoken to customer service over a dozen times now. They told me twice that they would make the problem worse and then no one contacted me. weeks have passed. A guy told me I could send the D10 in for repairs (don't know why not two faulty D8s). Never heard from him again. Even if I could, it would leave me without bots for a month. Difficult to navigate for two working parents. Now I have two thousand dollars worth of useless bots and Niato is not responsible for anything. save your money You will have better luck with a cheaper brand. I would give zero stars if I could, this company is going out of business soon.
