I bought iLife earlier this year and it was never cleaned. I used to have Neato, so I've decided to stick with the good stuff. This new version had two runs and worked too well. Both times the whole house finished! The place got dirty and I had to clean it up before it could come back. I love this vacuum!

The D10 works great but that's the best I can say about it. The 5th or 6th time I ran the D10 to mope, it refused to dock with the base station. On the first few occasions, it pulled up to the base station, but stayed within inches of it and didn't dock. For the last time he stopped at the other end of the room and didn't answer. Although this product launched a year later, it's far from ready for prime time. It moves around jerkily and nonsensically, gets stuck in ridiculous places, and learns nothing from experience. This vacuum cleaner navigates the different rooms and furniture in our house so intelligently that it also has many modes to choose from to meet different needs. The latest entry from Neato Botvac may have excellent suction and deep cleaning abilities, but that's where it ends. Neato still needs some work on his robot's firmware. I am sad and ashamed of these bad reviews. I've been a Neato fan for quite some time after switching from iRobot, which I've been using since 2005.
