All I'm saying here is a comparison with my current Neato D7 (which I really like). The latest entry from Neato Botvac may have excellent suction and deep cleaning abilities, but that's where it ends. Neato still needs some work on his robot's firmware. Navigation is sometimes very unstable. He also appears confused when he encounters a cleanup zone with no-go zones within that zone. I tried making a map three times and it randomly rendered certain objects at an angle instead of straight. It seems like the new MyNeato app has taken a step back from the old app. You can only create restricted areas, no lanes. An example of how problematic this is is when our breakfast counter is crooked and I have to create no-go lines so the cleaner doesn't get caught under the stools. I can't do this with constrained areas because you can't flip lines. You also don't currently have the option to create multiple maps for different floors. pile carpets. I'm pretty sure it will be a great product in about a year or so, but I'll wait until Neto fixes all the bugs. I ended up returning the D10 and bought a second D7 at the local hardware store (so we now have a D7 on top and a D7 on bottom).
