Although this product launched a year later, it's far from ready for prime time. It moves around jerkily and nonsensically, gets stuck in ridiculous places, and learns nothing from experience. The app can't handle multiple floors (yet), doesn't let you set default cleaning options, and has very minimal functionality at best. Both Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service is useless (even for VIP customers). After 2 days and 4 phone calls no one could figure out how to get me to sign up or create a new account. I've been a Neato customer for a long time, but I don't know what happened to the company. Their D-shaped design has many obvious advantages, but they haven't been able to fully realize them. Of course I will look around for another provider.
