Good thing a device is marked as "receiver" otherwise you have to install the product twice. Again, not for the "occassion" person, I recommend buying and then paying a professional to install it if you're not good with electrical work. BTW, depending on the vehicle, this might not be the best way. For me, the presence of a minivan. Running the video cable from back to front would be messy and time consuming. This works well as I only had to disassemble part of the back and front to fit the unit.
