Sound quality, comfort, battery life and the range of this headset is excellent, they have a fatal design flaw that has nothing to do with the electronics. There is a point on the soft end of the headband where only a small section of plastic connects the top headband to the adjustable earcups. If you separate the ear cups to put them on your head, this weak part will be directly stressed by bending, and eventually it will fatigue and break, just like a paper clip bends. I've had two sets of these headphones, the first was replaced under warranty and now again. No matter how careful you are, sooner or later it will happen to you. I have now replaced them with a Logitech on-ear gaming headset (also for office use) and am very happy with this product. Logitech really needs to improve on this product by adding some ribs to this area so it can withstand the rigors of normal use.
