I bought this collar after returning another one we had recently received. It was made of leather and fabric. It was just too bulky, her dog tag kept sticking to her food bowl and actually flipped her upside down, which scared her half to death. After this happened a few times, I decided that a different collar would probably be the best option. This suggests that for the same price, the quality is much higher! The leather looks good and the metal feels solid. I especially like that there is a separate loop for the tag and not the same loop that your leash attaches to. The stitching on the outside and the color look very stylish. Sometimes I don't always buy things without 1000+ good reviews, but this is definitely one of those things I'm glad I bought! I would definitely recommend actually measuring your dog's neck rather than just guessing. I thought about going down a size but the measurements told me to go up a size which ended up being a perfect fit.
