I have a Kinetico whole house filtration system. The sump of the filter housing is leaking a bit and changing the filter is becoming increasingly difficult. The service technician who did my annual maintenance told me to order a 10" o-ring - said it was the standard size. I asked about different widths and he said just order a 10 inch o-ring. Kinetico does not have O-rings. I ordered these o-rings and they are too big.
