The teflon on the plates arrived scratched
Compact, fits 2 sandwiches and makes for nice crispy pockets. Mine came with scratched plates, not bad enough for me to consider returning but bad enough to make a cheese stick. Also, regular bread barely fits, you may have to cut off the crust of the bread to make it fit. Overall not a complete disappointment but I think you get what you pay for, it wasn't overly expensive.
