Review on 📷 Samyang SYIO3514-E AF 35mm f/1.4 Full Frame Lens for Sony FE Mount - Auto Focus, Wide Angle, Black by Matt Reid

Great lens for the price. I definitely recommend getting a Lens Station to update the firmware to the latest version and also set the manual focus ring to "fast". I also noticed a slight improvement after setting the punt setting to 0. I've tried Samyang's 35mm f1.8 and although the weight is significantly lighter, the autofocus is slightly better; but the image quality of f1.4 is outstanding, the bokeh is excellent and the low-light performance definitely stands out and seems to let in more light at the same settings compared to f1.8. Another interesting thing is that the f1.4 version is definitely wider than the f1.8 version. Both models are very sharp and if you're a hobbyist like me, it more than meets my needs, I'm very satisfied.
