
I like that it is easy to integrate into our existing systems, has built-in encryption for HIPAA compliance as well as other security protocols. It also makes it very simple to pull in external datasets from multiple sources (customer databases/internal systems). The customer support is not always top notch - at times they can be slow to respond or don't fully understand your problem. They had some issues with our integration but have since been able to resolve those quickly. We are trying to bring together all of our patient's information across several different platforms and this allows us to do just that.
