I like that it is easy to integrate into our existing systems, has built-in encryption for HIPAA compliance as well as other security protocols. It is very easy for us as we are using it in our clinic, but I think that there should be more options of customization or some other way to improve their services. We have used this software since 2014 with no issues at all! The only problem was when they were not available during holidays because you could lose your connection while doing something important (e-visits).
