Review on Datica by Jose Muenzen

It is very easy for us as we are using it in our clinic, but I think that there should be more options of customization or some other way to improve their services. We have used this software since 2014 with no issues at all! The only problem was when they were not available during holidays because you could lose your connection while doing something important (e-visits). This has been solved now so everything works fine again :) The ease of use, integration with other platforms as well as their customer support is something that I really appreciate about this platform! Sometimes you need some time (and maybe even more money) for getting started but once it's done there are no problems at all. With datica we can communicate easily in real-time via chat or voice call which makes our work life so much easier than before. We have been using also datica to manage patient intake forms, patient reports etc.
