I love that all of our patient info is in one location, so it's easy for providers (and even patients) from any department or practice setting! It takes some time getting used but once you do have everything organized how much easier life becomes!! Nothing really at this point - just learning what works best with their system/platform as well has using other platforms out there like Epic /Cerner etc.. The benefits are obvious when looking into having an electronic medical record available across multiple sites which can be very useful depending where your work travels too during different times throughout each year. We've been able see continuity within practices by being more efficient about scheduling appointments between locations rather than relying solely upon paper records only kept locally. Being aware if we're missing something specific before contacting them via email vs going directly over phone would help us avoid wasting valuable resources trying things they already.
