Review on INKforce by Jeff Figueroa

InkForce allows for one stop communication between departments/offices; saves time by not having numerous emails in constant circulation throughout our building. This platform does need some additional training, but that's pretty typical of all new technologies nowadays! We are currently utilizing several applications across multiple platforms & this helps eliminate redundancies when it comes down to communications from those respective apps as well!! Our office has been able to communicate seamlessly since we started using In-Office Messaging (IOM). Employees can now see what others have going at their desk so there isn't anything getting missed or overlooked with any upcoming projects coming through IOM within each department before they start work day 1 every Monday morning Inkforce has been used in the City of St. Louis for many years. The integration of GIS and mobile devices for field employees has been very helpful. We are still trying to figure out all the features, but it has been a great tool to use. We are currently working with INKforce on a project to create a mobile app for our citizens. We are excited to see how this will help our citizens.
