Ink force has been very helpful in our organization with creating custom reports, mapping projects and managing the project budgeting process for multiple facilities. I like the ability to access it from my phone, which makes our job easier and more efficient since we are able to use this app throughout the day while in the field. The map is outdated sometimes. We have had issues with being unable to find certain addresses or points of interest, but eventually they do become available. There are also other issues that can happen as well. InkForce allows for one stop communication between departments/offices; saves time by not having numerous emails in constant circulation throughout our building. This platform does need some additional training, but that's pretty typical of all new technologies nowadays!
