Not strong enough to age vinyl.
We have a 1/2 inch wide strip down the side of our white fiberglass boat that is cracked and worn in various places so I'm trying to figure out how to remove the last 80% of this strip. This product (or one) was recommended but didn't completely remove the strip. He slowly removed parts of it, but some of the pieces would not remove. Maybe it's a combination of age and sun that's burning in the vinyl and adhesive, but it left a lot of residue and should be considered useful. Next try will be warm, although I'm concerned about how much heat the gelcoat gets would need to remove the strip.
