It's easy to use once you get used to it - very friendly interface. The tool has so many features and capabilities which we could not do without. I wish there were more tutorials available for new users who are trying to navigate through all its functionalities. My work has improved with this product. There have been occasions when we would like to compare our performance against similar clients but sometimes we cannot find comparable ones. We can at least be able to see how much traffic came from social media sites since these days everyone is using them in one way or another. The platform has been very easy to use for our team of analysts at Kite! Their support staff are always willing an eager help you out with any question or concern as well their product knowledge base was great also!! Nothing so far I can think about but it seems like they have everything covered under one roof which makes life much easier when trying new features in this toolkit from them. Very happy customer here. !
