Believe the hype from other reviews because this bag is 100% great! The sheer ability to carry a crossbody bag or use handles is great. I recently used it on vacation (why I bought it) and it was perfect! It's so easy to drop everything you need, turn it off and walk away. I should also mention that it opens up nice and wide, it's easy to find things, and I don't have to rummage around forever. I got a lot of compliments too!
