I believe the product was counterfeit (Made in China.
I believe the product was counterfeit (had a Made in China sticker) Yes the box it came in had a Motorcraft -Sticker but there were no parts. Casting number on the part as was the old water pump and no installation instructions. The Bosch water pump I used had bilingual instructions.
