Very Bright - Dangerously Hot
I've bought these before and they've been fine. In this October 2018 batch, the LEDs get EXTREMELY hot when driving both cold and warm LEDs, even on very short runs of 19 inches. They get hot when tested outdoors, and when mounted on a stainless steel shelf, the shelf is not an adequate heat sink to dissipate heat. It's literally hot enough to burn. That means the copper traces are too small, or the resistors are the wrong size, or both. It's dangerous and I don't recommend it.
