My medium hypodermic needle was invalid.

Bought more than a month ago, so the return period has already expired. Took it out to rinse all parts and the tip of the medium hypodermic needle popped out immediately. I'm sure the tip would have stayed in what I injected. There is nothing to hold on to at the top. Maybe it passed QC or just bad design.
