Update 2: The seller is very responsive to feedback and willingly replaced a bad projector I received. Pretty quick delivery once they knew there was a problem. Received in time for the turn of the year. The last video is "New Projector". 5 star re-rating because the seller provided exceptional customer service despite issues and replaced the faulty projector. Update: Not recommended. A little over 3 months. This projector developed an awful bright hotspot in the center and now the fans are making an awfully loud noise when starting up. Don't waste your money. Aside from being incorrectly labeled as a 3,800 lumen projector, the box is actually brighter than the 4,200 lumen EUG projector it replaces. Very clear picture, even with the lights on, on Apple TV 4K @ 1080p 24fps (24fps is actually the best frame rate for movies), with Samsung surround sound and a wireless HDMI transmitter from the AV receiver to the projector. Although there are better projectors at a much higher price, I am very happy with the quality and brightness of the 4200 lumen projector. Tip: Place any table lamp behind the projection screen to illuminate the room without losing the image. I also have overhead spotlights that I aim away from the screen. It also allows me to light up the room without spoiling the picture.
