We ordered this hook and cable to hang a heavy mirror in the office and I have never seen such a heavy hanging hook. The only thing to worry about after using it is if your wall mount itself is strong enough as this wire will support a lot of weight, less than 20kg for us but still heavy but we had to get a wall mount anchor for ours get wall to hang it up. This wire hanging set is also very easy to adjust in length.
