I have a bad.: network cards

After spending an hour troubleshooting my circuit, I finally traced it back to a component I never thought could be the problem. This is a screw terminal. It turns out that pins 2 and 3 were shorted on one of the connectors. The other terminal was fine. Do a quick resistance test between the pins when using them.
