This was bought for an elderly family member who needed an adapter. The bottle itself is beautiful and durable. It doesn't look like the cheap and light ones, so it's much easier to handle. I feel that the fact that it's not transparent makes it look a lot better than regular ones so you don't just see urine after use and the design itself retains the smell. The only downside is the adapter doesn't unscrew like the cap so it ends up loosening a bit so we had a few messes. I had white tape handy so I wrapped it around a few times and it was initially tight but eventually came loose after a few uses so I had to replace the tape once or twice a week. Otherwise it's great.
