I was so disappointed with this product. I was looking for a hair removal method that would be less of a nuisance than shaving. I've tried twice, about a week apart. I let it sit for 10 minutes then saw that nothing came off. I've been trying for 15 minutes and still nothing. The second time I tried 15 minutes, then 18 minutes. I was afraid to keep trying because I don't want to burn myself. But in general, the hair almost did not fall out. I do not understand. The only positive thing is that it doesn't smell or burn, but that's pointless if it's not removing hair. For $15 it was a huge waste of money.
