Leaking water bottles are probably suitable for children aged 5 and over.
We have used it twice and the bottle leaks when tilted on its side while pulling out the straw. A 2 year old doesn't really understand what a spill is and doesn't care if the water is dripping. Sometimes she finds it funny π the button is too heavy for the age group they are most likely to be bought for. External water glasses are what they are used for in our home.
