not really good for hard boiled eggs, they get gummy
Follow directions for T. Poached eggs were recommended if completely raw and further cooked. Cook for another five minutes to seal the tops. They came out of the shell holders, all right, but the eggs are rubbery and hard. Has anyone sealed the top of the egg better? I was disappointed
