Review on 📷 Slik Pro HD Alloy Monopod by Chelsea Williams

This is the most beautiful monopod I have ever used. I bought it to use with my sony rx10 mark 4. I also bought a Slik brand ball head adapter to attach to the top so I can adjust the camera as needed for a portrait or a special angle that you might not be able to capture otherwise. . Lever latches are extremely convenient with reliable cam action and a convenient center release in the locked position letting you know they're securely clamped. Although they are plastic, they are sturdy and seem to last a long time with good care. It is strong enough to even be used as a walking stick. I found a good way to keep the camera steady during extreme telephoto shots: you put the camera strap around your neck and use your hands to push the camera monopod forward. Having the straps fit snugly around your neck adds another layer of stability and helps you get the best possible shot. I have found that I can carry my camera with the monopod attached by putting an arm and head through the camera strap and hanging the camera and monopod under one of my arms. I also attached a small loop of paracord to the monopod itself so just the monopod could be carried the same way.
