So this goal confuses me. It is said to fit a door up to 26 inches wide. The door to my bathroom, which I use to lock my pup when I'm not home, is exactly 26 inches long. These goals barely fit. It's not big enough. The stoppers at each end barely reach the door frame and won't screw in. They use a screw-in plug and simply plug into the holes on the gate. So if the hole is too big, you can't fix it. We managed to fit a few extra materials on top to reduce the width to attach it there, but the pup keeps knocking out the bottom ones. So the moral of the story is, only use this in openings less than 26 inches. Otherwise I like it very much. I love that the gate closes so I can leave it open at home for her to get to her watering and puppy spot. I also like that it only has vertical stripes. I don't have to worry about her coming out.
